It's no secret that Donald Sinclair hasn't made many friends since arriving on the scene as the General Manager of ECW. Besides his Disciples of Apocalypse, there are very few men that have a good word to say about the extreme leader. This leaves the question of who tried to kill Donald Sinclair wide open, with an array of potential culprits in the picture.
Could it have been ECW legend, Tank? The man that returned to Extreme CAW Wrestling on Episode 9, only to be banned from all future events by Sinclair and has not been seen since. The former ECW Champion would surely be looking for his measure of revenge, but would the former military officer stoop so low a to plant a bomb in the personal car of the ECW General Manager?
Perhaps it was Raymond Zender, the former General manager of ECW? After all, it was Donald Sinclair who ordered him to be run down on Episode 1 of ECW's long awaited return, rendering him unable to walk and forced him to remain in a wheelchair to recover from his life-changing injuries. You know what they say - an eye for an eye.
The former ECW Champion Tyrant certainly has a bone to pick with the D.O.A, why wouldn't he want to kill off the evil group at the head? Although he may have a legitimate gripe with the black-clad group, Tyrant has never been one for sneak attacks or evil actions, let alone attempting to blow up his rivals! But who knows, the ECW icon may have finally had enough of being screwed over by Sinclair and his cronies.
Or maybe, just maybe, it was a dastardly act of The Ministry of Blood. If anybody would stoop to the level of sending somebody to hell it would be the current ECW Champion, Metaphor. In a battle for superiority over ECW, The Ministry of Blood and the Disciples of Apocalypse have clashed heads on more than one occasion. The demonic Metaphor has already abducted D-League talent, Hale and attempted to bury Colossus alive in their brutal Buried Alive Match at ECW No Mercy eight years ago.
But the real worry is that it could be anyone... how often has it been in these extreme cases that the culprit has been somebody unexpected? Could it be that somebody beyond ECW has a grudge with Donald Sinclair that they wanted to settle? Will we have answers come ECW Royal Rumble? Or will this heinous act remain a mystery for longer than expected? Who do you think tried to kill Donald Sinclair?
